Parkgate Farm Toddlers

Our beautiful tipis and meadow are home to Parkgate Farm Toddlers, a much-loved space where little ones can play, explore and enjoy time with family and friends. With a safe and secure meadow giving children the freedom to play, it’s a place where parents and carers can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings too.

Many families return to us time and time again, bringing their little ones from their very first steps right through to school age. While the children play, grown-ups can sit back with a hot or cold drink and a slice of cake from our bar area. With on-site parking, toilets and baby-changing facilities available, we’ve got the practical details covered too.

Christmas at Parkgate Farm

The REAL Santa is coming to Parkgate!

Enjoy up to 1.5 hours of magical playtime under our fairy-lit Christmas Tipis, where children can explore the toys, enjoy soft play, and have their faces painted or add some festive glitter while waiting for Father Christmas. Santa will make a surprise visit alongside his favourite reindeer, Rudolph, to greet the children and reveal that he’ll be waiting in his very special Grotto!

Families will then follow the red carpet to our magical Christmas Grotto photobooth for a PRIVATE visit with Santa and a special photograph to take home.

Festive treats at our bar! Enjoy Christmas-themed cakes and bakes, gingerbread lattes, our special Terry’s Chocolate Orange hot chocolates, plus mulled wine and cider.

Wreath Making

Get Christmassy at Parkgate Farm!

Gather your favourite people and join us inside our gorgeous fairy-lit Christmas Tipis for a two-hour festive wreath-making masterclass led by Sarah from Red Kite Garden Design.

Create a beautiful, full-sized Christmas wreath using a gorgeous selection of natural seasonal foliage, cones, fruits and ribbons. All tools and materials are provided, and no experience is needed — Sarah will guide you every step of the way!

Feel free to bring extra decorations or lights to personalise your wreath!

A few handy tips: Bring gardening gloves if you have them, as some foliage can be sharp. Our tipis are heated, but as this is a winter farm event, please dress warmly with coats, hats and cosy layers. Some guests even bring a hot water bottle!
