(NOW FULL) 4 Spaces available for 30minutes of Shamanic Reiki Healing in our woodland (£20 supplement). This involves lying on a comfortable bed in our woodland (surrounded by screens for privacy). Emma starts with some shamanic drumming to raise the frequency followed by reiki healing. This is powerful healing, especially as our woodland has its own potent healing energy!

Spend the day with us at Parkgate’s stunning tipis, surrounded by the tranquility of the beautiful woodland.

At this retreat we celebrate the peak of the year with yoga designed around the theme of the Summer Solstice. Awakening the fire within, we aim to help you break through blockages and gain clarity.

The theme is the summer solstice and day will flow as follows:

Welcome teas and fresh juices
Yoga flow to ignite the fire in your belly
Soothing woodland nature bath
BBQ lunch
Restorative yoga whilst you meditate upon what you need to release
Fire ceremony to release what you no longer need, gaining clarity and wisdom on the path you take for the rest of the year
Detoxifying gong bath with Craig Winterbottom from TreeDrum

There are also 4 x spaces for Shamanic Reiki Healing in the woodland. This involves lying on a comfortable bed in the woodland (with screens for privacy), gentle shamanic drumming, reiki and sound healing. 30 minute sessions, times are on a first come first serve basis. £20 supplement.

Things to bring:

Water
Dress comfortably and check the weather beforehand in case you need to bring warmer clothing.
A pillow and blanket will be necessary for the gong bath at the end (no water involved, this is a healing modality based on sounds from gongs).

GIN n’ CHOC EVENING

After last years super successful Gin n’ Choc evening, Parkgate Farm and Oli The Choc are back with another evening of gin and chocolate heaven!

Come and join us on Saturday 29th June, there will be live music by the incredibly talented guitarist Roy Bennett and Oli will guide you in making your very own alcohol infused chocolate truffles and chocolate lollies!

A welcome drink (Gin and Tonic/prosecco/bottle of beer) upon arrival and Wood Fired Pizza is included. The bar will also be open so you can make the most out of your evening here!
We take cash and card at the bar.

SUNDAY EVENING GONG BATH

£17.50 per person

PLEASE NOTE: We start at 7pm please feel free to arrive from 6.45pm. No entry after 7pm as you will disturb other guests.

Maximise your self care with a beautiful end to the weekend in this power hour of gongs and other shamanic instruments, brought to you by the wonderful Craig from TreeDrum/GongHolistic.

Set under the canopy of our 2 beautiful tipis, all you need to bring is yourself, a pillow or 2 and a blanket. Be sure to bring what you need to make yourself super warm and comfortable!

You literally lie down on your mat (fully clothed, no baths involved, the word bath is used to describe the sound experience you will receive) as Craig lulls you into a deeply relaxing meditation, then he will use the healing qualities of the gongs and shamanic instruments to revitalise and rejuvenate your energy body, provide deep relaxation and help remove stuck and stagnant energy in your energy field.

You are under cover but the tipi sides are open so please check the weather and dress appropriately, you will be lay down for an hour so make yourself as comfortable as you can so you can deeply relax. You may want to bring pillows and a warm blanket. We have Yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own.

Please drink plenty of water afterwards and avoid alcohol.
