The Ceremony

Deep within our woodland lies a peaceful meadow where up to 110 guests can gather to witness your legal ceremony surrounded by birdsong, sunlight and nature. For guests needing a little assistance, our 4×4 transport ensures everyone can share the moment.

We all hope for sunshine, however, our robust wet weather plan means you can relax knowing your day will be just as magical whatever the British weather brings.

Drinks Reception & Bar

As newlyweds, you’ll lead your guests back through the woodland, over our hand-built bridge, back to the tipis and meadow and into the heart of the celebration. The first drinks are poured, congratulations begin and guests gather around our rustic Woodshed Bar while enjoying the beautiful meadow surroundings.

Our fully loaded bar creates an experience that perfectly compliments your celebration, whilst ensuring your guests are well looked after throughout the day and evening:

Great food is a big part of a great wedding, and we’ve carefully selected a small collection of brilliant caterers who know Parkgate Farm, understand how the venue works and, most importantly, serve seriously good food.

There’s still plenty of choice. From relaxed wood-fired pizzas and incredible street food to generous sharing feasts and beautifully presented sit-down dining, you can choose a style that feels completely right for your day.

Our recommended caterers have been chosen because we know and trust them. They’ve worked with us time and time again, understand the practicalities of catering at the farm and consistently look after our couples and their guests brilliantly.

So rather than an overwhelming list of suppliers to navigate, you’ll have a handpicked selection of tried-and-tested favourites — giving you plenty of freedom to create a menu you love, with the reassurance that you’re in very good hands.

The Party

As night falls, the tipis transform.

Live music, DJs, cocktails, dancing and laughter fill the space as your celebration continues beneath the fairy lights and disco ball. Whether you choose a live band, acoustic performers, a DJ or all three, your evening can be exactly what you want it to be.

For the evening our very own resident Band A Hundred Endings are guaranteed to have your guests dancing the night away with their huge repertoire of popular songs.
